Devices

Shield Guard monitors the bizhub SECURE Service settings of all Konica Minolta multi-functional peripheral devices (MFPs) on which the Shield Guard Agent is installed. Installing the agent on an MFP adds the device to the Shield Guard portal’s Devices page.

On the Devices page, administrators can:

  • View all available devices.

  • View the name of the security policy configured for each device.

  • View the policy’s security status for each device.

  • Add devices automatically upon MFP agent installation.

The following illustration shows the security status of three devices:

Device Information

The Device table appears in the Content area. The top header for the table lists the total devices in the table and the number of those devices whose security status is Not Secure.
