Acquiring the Shield Guard Agent

Once you acquire a Shield Guard demo license and access the Shield Guard Portal, you can install the Shield Guard Agent on the MFPs in your fleet. The agent is free of charge with a MarketPlace account. To acquire one or more Shield Guard agents, do the following:

  1. Go to the MarketPlace staging website (https://us.0a0243a9.xyz/) and log in using the same MarketPlace account used to acquire the Shield Guard license.

  2. Access the Market page.

  3. Type “Shield” in the Search field. The Shield Guard Collection card appears. See the following illustration:


  1. Select the Shield Guard collection card. The Shield Guard Collection page appears with the Shield Guard Agent selected:

  1. Select the number of agent licenses you want to acquire.

  2. Click on the Buy Now button and follow MarketPlace’s checkout process. You can then install the agents on your devices.
